HeartPlay provides on-going open enrollment for ages 3 - 6.
1. Schedule a Visit
Before your child’s enrollment check out our website.
2. Submit an Application
Download an application form or pick one up on your visit. Submit completed application, along with a one time $100 non-refundable enrollment processing fee by May 1, 2010. Click here to view and download an application.
3. Confirm Classroom Visit for Your Child
A visit to our classroom is an important part of the admissions process for every child. After receiving your application and enrollment fee, an appointment will be set for your child to visit. It is designed to be a relaxed and fun experience for your child and to make sure HeartPlay will provide a good fit for your child and be able to meet her or his needs.
If it is determined
that that HeartPlay School is not the best possible
program to meet your child’s needs, $50 of the
enrollment processing fee will be refunded; $50 will
apply for time and expenses.
4. A full packet of
registration materials, including health
information etc. will be provided after you submit your
$100 enrollment fee and completed application.
A deposit of $480, equal to one monthly payment of a
10-month payment schedule, will be applied to the
annual tuition costs and is required to confirm your
child’s space and complete the registration process for
HeartPlay School
Space will generally be filled on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Consideration may be given to
siblings, balancing the age ranges and gender of the
applicants.
Your child must be
at least 3 years of age and using the toilet
independently and consistently to
attend.
