In-depth individualized screenings and assessments are
available for grades preschool through high school upon
request and with the written permission of parents if
specific concerns arise regarding their child’s
progress in skill development or classroom functioning.
Testing can provide important information for making
educational choices. Screenings and psycho-educational
assessments to address giftedness, developmental
concerns, learning styles, acquisition of pre-reading
and reading skills, visual-motor skills,
social/behavioral, attention, achievement and cognitive
skills are available as tools to help parents and
teaching staff to optimize the learning of every child
to their full potential and drive decisions regarding
the child’s educational program. Dedicated to providing
a comfortable and supportive experience for your child.
Assessment of Phonological Processing
– By appointment
Testing to aid in the identification of those who may
benefit from explicit instructional activities to
enhance their phonological skills can be provided.
Assessment of phonological awareness, phonological
memory and rapid naming skills are available for ages 5
to 24 in order to identify areas of strength and
weakness and detect deficits. Children with deficits in
one or more of these areas may have more difficulty
reading than those who do not.
